What we do

Plumbing services.

Residential plumbing done right, by licensed journeyman plumbers.

Drain Cleaning

Slow or blocked drains cleared properly — not just punched through and left to clog again. We find out what's causing the problem and deal with it.

Sump Pump Installation / Repair

When Edmonton's spring melt hits, your sump pump needs to work. We install and service them so they're ready when it counts.

Water Treatment

Hard water, odours, or just water that doesn't taste right — we install treatment systems that make a noticeable difference straight from the tap.

Pipe & Leak Services

A leak that gets ignored usually gets worse. We find the source, fix it properly, and make sure it's not going to come back.

Sewer Line Services

From camera inspections to full repairs, we handle sewer line issues before they turn into a much larger — and much more expensive — problem.

Water Heater Services

Tank or tankless, installation or repair — we service water heaters properly so you're not left without hot water when you need it.

Bathroom & Kitchen Fixtures

Whether it's a repair or a full replacement, we install and service fixtures properly — so everything works the way it should and looks the way you want.

Appliance Installation & Hookup

We hook up appliances correctly the first time — proper connections, no leaks, no loose fittings. Done right so you don't have to think about it again.

Our expertise

Licensed. Upfront. Thorough.

Every plumbing job we do is performed by a licensed journeyman plumber. We pull permits when required and leave your home the way we found it — minus the problem.

We don't recommend replacements when a repair will do the job. If the water heater can be repaired, we'll say so. If it's past its useful life, we'll explain why replacement makes more sense.

Either way, you'll have a clear answer before we start work.

Plumbing Frequently Asked Questions

My water heater is making a rumbling noise. What does that mean?

A rumbling or popping noise usually means sediment has built up on the bottom of the tank. It can reduce efficiency and eventually damage the heater. We'll flush the tank and assess how much life is left in the unit.

How long does a water heater last?

Most tank water heaters last 10 to 15 years. If yours is over 10 years old and starting to have issues, we'll give you an honest assessment of whether repair or replacement makes more sense for your situation.

What should I do if I have a burst pipe?

Turn off your main water shutoff immediately. Then call us — we're available 24/7 for emergencies. We'll walk you through what to do until we arrive.

Can you fix a slow drain without chemicals?

Yes. We use mechanical drain clearing — not store-bought chemicals that can damage pipes. We clear the blockage properly and let you know if there's an underlying issue.

Do I need a permit for a water heater replacement?

In Edmonton, most water heater replacements require a permit. We handle the permit process and arrange the required inspection as part of the job.

Burst pipe at midnight? Furnace out in February?

We know that's not a 9-to-5 problem.
